The Incredible New Hulk

Hulk is being rebooted, with Ed Norton portraying the not so jolly giant. There’s a trailer which shows this is clearly not like anything Ang Lee would have made. In fact, it looks like every other superhero movie out there. Increasingly dull and done.

  1. That reminds me, the new Batman film looks worthwhile!

It does. But as you can probably tell, I don’t think this Hulk does. But yeah, It’ll be interesting to see the late Heath perform in his second-last role.

  3. Quite. They also seem to divulge more of Batman’s backstory…I always thought he liked window frames a little too much.

At least Edward Norton usually plays quite well and brings an intensity to the role that could be really good for Bruce. I probably won’t see it until it comes on TV anyway, we haven’t been good at going to the movies.

    Good one.

That’s true. It might just be the trailer that tries to bring the dolts into the fold, and when they’re there, they actually serve a bit of a deeper movie.

Oh, and I hear Robert Downey Junior has a cameo as Tony Stark (the guy who becomes Iron Man) in the Hulk movie. That’s a pretty cool Iron Man crossover tie-in.

So yeah, the movie at least gets those two stars in my rating by default. I just hope it can climb to a 4 or 5.
